SUITED & HOOPING

Shooting in Canary Wharf Earlier this week I spent the day out on location at Canary Wharf shooting another fashion story for MAT SS18 Issue. David styled the shoot in Ralph Lauren's Purple label suits and had the models stood amongst the everyday commuters on their way to work. Don't worry though - You definitely wouldn't miss them... The story brought another meaning to 'work hard, play hard' as our models posed and entertained with their hula hoops. The concept was great and held an innocent kind of fun to the grown men who were suited and booted for meeting rooms - not the playground. Getting out the studio and onto set assisting is really the best way to learn and experience the process of creating good magazine content. It gives you the opportunity to learn first hand what's needed to make an idea become reality and achieve the final story ready for print. Watching the shots happen right in front of you and knowing you contributed to that beautiful image really gives you a sense of pride.
