PXL LDN : Socials & Web page

The last week or so has been mainly focused on content for Pixel London's Instagram and web page.
As a team we discussed themes for our social pages and how we could make the work submitted correlate with our brand guidelines. this became a dilemma, as a class the range and styles of work is never ending, how were we going to be able to make them all work together on the same feed? We also struggled with the lack of content being submitted from the class and had to keep pushing for people to upload.
While as a team i feel we've been working really hard on making sure PXL LDN socials and web page are going to be as good as possible, I've found frustrations growing between some of groups about not liking some of the Instagram posts, or lack of. While i've found most feedback really helpful and hopefully moving forward the social pages will become stronger i've also felt that a lot of the comments made have been unfair. The socials have been a tough job to maintain and do well with the lack of content & correct credits available. And while it's easy to complain, no-one's offering any other ideas or solutions. I commend Hannah for taking responsibility over the pages and taking time out of her days to curate posts, while no-one else is very willing.
Personally I've really struggled this term with my work balance alongside the PXL LDN project, reflecting on that I feel next year I won't be able to work at my part-time position as much as I have been currently.
